Agreement Regarding Confidentiality and Responsibility between Marie-Lune and Client

Your sessions through 7115571 Canada Inc. operating as Marie-Lune will be provided by Marie-Lune Fortin who is an energy healer, channeller, animal communicator who offers Energy Healing, Readings, Channeling, Mediumship, Mentorship, Teaching.

Your sessions with Marie-Lune do not replace or substitute the advice/diagnosis or treatment from a licensed health care provider or the advice and services of other professionals like accountants, Vetenarian, Trainers, Behaviourist. Marie-Lune does not diagnose conditions. She does not perform medical treatments. She does not prescribe substances nor does she interfere with the treatment of a client (human and/or animal) by a licensed health practitioner.

Disclamer: Marie-Lune is not a licensed therapist, doctor, lawyer, psychotherapist, veterinarian, trainer, behaviourist, financial advisor, career or family counsellor. If you are currently in therapy or under the care of a mental health professional, it is your responsibility to consult with that such person or persons regarding the advisability of you participating in sessions through "Marie-Lune". It is also your responsibility to inform Marie-Lune of the relationship(s). You should consult the appropriate professionals for the professional advice you need. All decisions on dealing with these issues lie exclusively with you. Information you receive from Marie-Lune and through or from "Marie-Lune" does not constitute legal, psychological, medical, veterinarian, training, behavioural, tax, business or financial advice. Choices, actions, inaction, or otherwise that is based on the content of your session or information posted on any and all  "Marie-Lune" social media or website or any combination. thereof are your responsibility.

Confidentiality:  The relationship is built on trust. Marie-Lune agrees to and will keep her work with you completely confidential. Subject to applicable laws in the Province of Ontario and Québec, Canada and as required by professional ethical standards related to disclosure of illegal activities or child abuse or as compelled by court order, all conversations and information shared by you with Marie-Lune are private and will not be shared with anyone without your permission.

Responsibility for Own Health (yours and your animals):  It is not the responsibility of Marie-Lune to identify whether you need the assistance of other professional services including the assistance of a licensed medical professional. It is your responsibility to attend to your own health and your own animal (s) health. You agree to regularly consult a doctor or other licensed medical professional in all matters relating to your  physical or mental health, particularly concerning  any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Marie-Lune or any staff or partners of "Marie-Lune" be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information, products or services provided. Under no circumstances will Marie-Lune be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of any energy healing, advice, information, events, or services.

By having a session of any kind with Marie-Lune you assume all responsibility for any and all real and potential consequences as a result of your actions or inactions during or after the session. In the case of a youth, both the youth and the parent or guardian assume responsibility for the youth. In the case of an animal(s), the owner or guardian assume responsibility for the animal(s).

Clients must be 18 years or older.  Marie-Lune Fortin is open to doing energy healing sessions with a person under the age of 18. In that case, the written permission of the parent or guardian is. required; the youth must give his or her consent; and, the parent or guardian MUST be present if the session with the youth is in-person.

Marie-Lune reserves the right to refuse proceeding with any session if the client is under the influence of intoxicants or in any case. of. disrespect or abuse. If Marie-Lune feels you and herself are not good matches energetically to work together, she will as well not proceed with a session. She will suggest another practitioner. This is in no way a judgement of ethnicity, sexual preference nor any other prejudice. It is honouring the divine nature of the work she does. It is unethical for her to proceed if she feels another practitioner would be suited for the client.

In contacting  "Marie-Lune" to book a session, you are confirming that you have read this page entirely and thereby understand, accept and agree with all terms and policies on this page.​​

Vos séances offertes par 7115571 Canada Inc., exerçant sous le nom de Marie-Lune, seront fournies par Marie-Lune Fortin, énergéticienne, canal, communicatrice animale, offrant des séances de guérison énergétique, lectures, canalisation, médiumnité, mentorat et enseignement.

Les séances avec Marie-Lune ne remplacent en aucun cas les conseils, diagnostics ou traitements fournis par un professionnel de la santé dûment accrédité, ni les services de tout autre spécialiste tel qu’un comptable, un vétérinaire, un entraîneur ou un comportementaliste.
Marie-Lune ne pose aucun diagnostic, n’effectue aucun traitement médical, ne prescrit aucune substance et n’interfère jamais dans le traitement d’un client (humain ou animal) suivi par un professionnel de la santé dûment licencié.

Clause de Non-Responsabilité: Marie-Lune n’est pas une thérapeute, médecin, avocate, psychothérapeute, vétérinaire, entraîneur, comportementaliste, conseillère financière, conseillère en carrière ou conseillère familiale.
Si vous êtes actuellement en thérapie ou suivi par un professionnel de la santé mentale, il est de votre responsabilité de consulter cette personne afin de vérifier si votre participation aux séances avec « Marie-Lune » est appropriée. Vous avez également la responsabilité d’informer Marie-Lune de cette relation. Vous devez consulter les professionnels compétents pour tout avis professionnel dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Toutes décisions concernant votre situation vous appartiennent entièrement.

Les informations reçues de Marie-Lune, que ce soit en séance ou par l’intermédiaire de tout contenu associé à « Marie-Lune » (site web, médias sociaux, etc.), ne constituent en aucun cas des conseils juridiques, psychologiques, médicaux, vétérinaires, comportementaux, fiscaux, commerciaux ou financiers. Vos choix, actions, inactions ou décisions reposant sur ces informations sont entièrement sous votre responsabilité.

Confidentialité: La relation repose sur la confiance. Marie-Lune s’engage à garder le contenu de ses séances strictement confidentiel.

Sous réserve des lois applicables dans les provinces de l’Ontario et du Québec, ainsi que des standards professionnels relatifs aux obligations de divulgation concernant les activités illégales, la violence ou les abus envers un enfant, ou toute ordonnance d’un tribunal, toutes les conversations et informations partagées avec Marie-Lune demeurent privées et ne seront divulguées à personne sans votre permission.

Responsabilité concernant votre santé (et celle de vos animaux): Il ne relève pas de la responsabilité de Marie-Lune de déterminer si vous avez besoin d’autres services professionnels, y compris ceux d’un professionnel de la santé. Vous êtes responsable de votre propre santé physique et mentale, ainsi que de la santé de votre/vos animal(aux). Vous acceptez de consulter régulièrement un médecin ou tout autre professionnel licencié pour toute question concernant votre santé physique ou mentale, surtout en présence de symptômes nécessitant un diagnostic ou un suivi médical.

Limitation de responsabilité: En aucun cas, y compris en cas de négligence, Marie-Lune ou tout membre de son équipe ou partenaires ne pourront être tenus responsables de tout dommage spécial ou consécutif résultant de l’utilisation ou de l’incapacité d’utiliser les informations, services, produits ou séances fournis. En aucun cas, Marie-Lune ne pourra être tenue responsable, directement ou indirectement, de toute perte ou dommage causé ou présumé avoir été causé en lien avec l’utilisation de toute guérison énergétique, information, conseil, événement ou service.

En choisissant de recevoir une séance de quelque nature que ce soit avec Marie-Lune, vous assumez l’entière responsabilité de toutes conséquences réelles ou potentielles découlant de vos actions ou inactions durant ou après la séance.

Dans le cas d’un(e) jeune, la responsabilité est assumée conjointement par le jeune et son parent ou tuteur légal.
Dans le cas d’un ou plusieurs animaux, la responsabilité revient à leur propriétaire ou gardien.

Les clients doivent être âgés de 18 ans ou plus.
Marie-Lune accepte d’offrir des séances de guérison énergétique à des personnes mineures uniquement si :

• une autorisation écrite du parent ou tuteur est fournie ;

• le jeune donne son propre consentement ;

• le parent ou tuteur est présent en personne si la séance a lieu en présentiel.

Marie-Lune se réserve le droit de refuser toute séance si le client se présente sous l’influence de substances intoxicantes ou en cas de comportements irrespectueux ou abusifs.  Elle peut également refuser de poursuivre une séance si elle sent qu’il n’y a pas d’alignement énergétique entre elle et le client. Dans ce cas, elle pourra recommander un autre praticien. Il ne s’agit en aucun cas d’un jugement lié à l’ethnicité, l’orientation sexuelle ou toute autre forme de préjugé.  Cette décision vise à honorer la nature sacrée de son travail. Elle juge contraire à l’éthique de poursuivre une séance si elle sent qu’un autre praticien serait mieux adapté.
